7-Day Return Policy
We offer a 7-day return period from the date of delivery. Products must be unused, in original packaging, and with all accessories and documentation.
How to Initiate a Return
1. Contact us via email or WhatsApp with your order number. 2. We'll arrange a pickup from your address. 3. Refund will be processed within 5-7 business days after inspection.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned: opened software, registered drones (with DGCA), custom-configured items, and items damaged due to misuse.
Refund Methods
Refunds are processed to the original payment method. UPI and card refunds typically take 5-7 business days. COD orders receive bank transfer refunds.
